About this opportunity

Marconi is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and partnering with hiring managers.

What you need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, oil & gas, or EPC projects is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and competency-based interviewing.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.
