About this opportunity

Boost Bank, a rapidly expanding digital financial institution in Nigeria's fintech ecosystem, is looking for a target-driven Business Development Specialist. This role focuses on acquiring and growing online merchants for Boost Bank's innovative payment solutions.

What you need

Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, banking, or e-commerce.
Experience in online merchant acquisition, payment gateway, or payment solutions is an added advantage.
Good understanding of Nigeria's digital payment ecosystem, merchant onboarding, and online payment collection.
Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to independently develop business.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with sales and transaction-volume targets.
Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with Nigeria's e-commerce and online merchant ecosystem is an advantage.
