Schneider Electric is inviting recent graduates to apply for their 2027 Graduate Programme in Nigeria. This 24-month programme offers a structured entry into various professional fields.

What you need

Hold a BEng or BSc degree in one of the following disciplines: Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Psychology
Have achieved a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division or an equivalent CGPA from an accredited university
Be a recent graduate (Class of 2026) or be expected to graduate within the next six (6) months
Have completed NYSC camp within the past three (3) months or be expected to complete NYSC camp within the next six (6) months in 2026
Be legally authorized to work in Nigeria
Be willing and able to be based in Lagos, Nigeria, for the duration of the programme
Be available to commence the programme in February 2027
Be committed to completing the 24-month Graduate Programme
