About this opportunity
Escrow-Tech is hiring an AI Compiler & Inference Engineer to help port customer AI inference workloads to the K3 CPU/NPU environment. This fixed-term contract role ensures measured equivalence and safe failure for unsupported operators/models.
What you need
- 5+ years ML Systems/Inference Engineering; Production Model Deployment.
- ONNX, PyTorch export, model compilers/runtimes, quantisation/calibration and numerical validation.
- Experience with Edge/Accelerator NPUs or heterogeneous inference.
- Python/C++ and Linux deployment; CI-testable model pipelines.
- Ability to distinguish model conversion from model retraining; cannot assume missing learned weights can be recreated.
